Partial or Month of Wedding Coordination and Planning

- With this package we will walk with you every step of the way to ensure your day will be remembered as the "perfect wedding day."
- We will manage everything from our first meeting with you til the last guest leaves your reception.
- We will during our initial meetings listen to what you want for your day and work with you to create that day.
- We will then create a budget and timeline that matches your needs and wants and then begin the process of developing the action plan to create exactly what you want.
Package fee determined by level of coordination. Fees starting at 1500.00
- This package is for those who need a little less help with creating and producing "The Day."
- Consultations with you determined by the level of coordination needed..
- Prepare Budget-Prepare Timeline for producing the event.
- Assist with preparing Venue for Rehearsal, Ceremony, Reception.
- Locate Vendors not yet contracted.
- Package fee determined by level of coordination. Fee starting at 1000.00
Day of Coordination-Rehearsal, Ceremony, Reception - This package includes full service coordination on the Wedding Day. This package is for those who have secured their venue and vendors and only need guidance and support the day of.
- Meet with you to discuss details one month prior to the wedding.
- Oversee and direct Wedding Rehearsal/Ceremony/Reception.Cue musician or music for Ceremony.
- Work with vendors on day of the Ceremony.
- Lining up and cueing the Wedding Party at Ceremony.
- Coordinate Wedding Party and family members for pictures.
- Communicate with catering and waitstaff.
- Package fee determined by level of coordination. Fee starting at 600.00
*All package fees are determined by the level of coordination and this will be assessed at initial consultation. We customize fees for each package depending on your particular needs for your special day. Starting fee quotes are only a guideline.
